1.Where can I find the website of management platform? How about the cell phone?

Cell phone is fine; go get the app of Cloud Meeting, mine--about--management platform.

2.Get stuck, quite noisy?

Basically, something wrong with the network. If it is very noisy, just wear the earphone, it will be fine. If all the users are in the same space, the noise appears inevitably. Everyone who is in the same space, wears the earphone, it will be fine.

3.Is it available in Win XP?

No; at least Win 7. If you open the Cloud Meeting under XP system, it appears not available. Under the consideration of users' security, it is available at least in Win 7. Both the service and update of Win 7 are over in Microsoft, and XP system is much more outdated, even Microsoft had updated a lot of patches, it is still not available; so under the consideration of security, it's better to update the system.

4.Who is in charge of the unlock in this meeting room?

Administrator.

5.All the files are confidential, are they available in the inner network?

No; but they are available in the outer network; All the soft wares are confirmed by the network information security certification, and some government apparatuses are the users, so it is secure enough.

6.Is there any extra plug-in for win10?

No more plug-in needed, 'cause a higher version is available in win10.

7.It happens that Cloud Meeting always logs out in iPhone, so what's wrong with it? Anything wrong with iOS?

Please confirm that if it is the updated version.

8.During the screen-sharing on PC, I alone could hear the voice, but not the others; however, the video of screen is available for everyone.

Only the video is available during the screen-sharing on PC; and the same to the live-streaming. It works that upload the video to the middle screen of stage, and it is available to see and hear for everyone. It works that the screen-sharing captures the video on screen of your computer through the GPU, but it can not capture the audio.

9.During the playing of ppt, it will be fine in short term, but it stuck in long term, so I have to reopen the app.

During the live stream, a better network is needed. If it takes a long run, something wrong happen to the network, so the app will not work fluently.

10.Whether only the image is available in the meeting room of Cloud SOHO, but video?

The image is available on the three screens of meeting room, and the text box on the wall. Both image and video are available for the middle screen of the stage.

11.To be stuck in "Communication".

It will be fine to log on again.

12.I am worried that my personal info is leaked.

Does it depend on data security or communication security? There is a super firewall of cloud contractor in data base. Besides there are secret keys which are controlled by muilti-staff in the background platform, including the law of information technology. Moreover, the communication security is controlled by block chain technology, which is not tackled and distorted.

13.It sounds like QQ from Tencent, you got QQ in background platform?

No. The communication engine is developed by us.

14.Why the "screen-share" does not work when the update is done?

Re-star the computer when the update is done.

15.How much cellphone traffic cost per hour if this app runs in cellphone?

Basically, it is less than 500M one day. It depends on the size of file if you upload or download.

16.How many channels for the live stream?

Two. It does not work if there are too many visitors.

17.I can not open this app due to the lost of api-ms-win-core-libraryloader-|1-2-0.dll in the computer.

To adjust the view with rolling mouse.

22.How big is the video on the wall of each meeting room?

The limit is 2G. The bigger the video, the longer time it takes, including the time of decoding.During this period, a fine network is needed.

No. Agent’s No. is just agents No. which is different from Cloud SOHO ID, they are totally different. To be an agent does not mean to be a registered user of Cloud SOHO. An agent just takes his cell phone No. into the background system in order to be a customer, once this No. is passed the verification, he just logs on the Cloud SOHO.

25.It's free of charge for the agent; the clients which are registered within the period of agency, does it automatically prolong when the deadline ends?

It's available for the agent. The agent is able to used our soft wares free of charge, on the basis of within the period of agency that who has got 100 registered users.

26.Is it available to make everyone in the meeting room mute?

Yes. In the big meeting room, (e.g. 100 persons, 200 persons, and 500 persons), click the button of "start", all the audience will be mute; in the smaller ones( 10, 25 and 50), there is a button of mute for everyone.

27.How can I check all kinds of meeting room in cellphone?

To slide left and right on the screen of phone.

28.What happened to the "reconnect the audio"?

To reconnect the audio that means your network is weak, or the loss of file due to the network. (Plus: The transmission of data file will not 100% completed, due to the physical wire fault, equipment fault, virus attack, wrong info of router, .etc., so it's inevitable to lose something. If the wire is too poor, it will lose data more. Switch to a better network if it happens very often.

29.Does it available in MAC?

Not yet temporarily. Try to run the app in iPhone, but I suggest that to use the software in Windows system.

30.I can not hear anything.

If it is available to talk to each other by audio, so the audio is fine. In the meeting room, wherever you are, the people is able to hear each other. But in the non-meeting room, they are able to hear each other that get close. When you are moving, there is a circle around the person, so the people is able to hear each other when they are in the same circle.

31.It does not work that to upload video, and the video is not clear enough.

Due to the network, it takes a long time to upload a big file; if something wrong with the network, it won't be fine that upload the video. It appears that the frame No. of video is 720P, and we are able to offer the video with the frame No. 1080P with blue ray, but a better network is needed, so please consider your own network in order to keep the meeting being fine. (Plus: the resolution ratio of 720P is 1280*720, and for 1080P is 1920x1080.)

32.The noise appears.

It appears echo; when the echo appears in the meeting room, due to someone is using other equipment(e.g.: speaker of cell phone or PC). We suggest to use earphone in order to keep a better communication during the meeting for good. When the noise appears, that is because someone of the meeting is surrounded by a noisy location. Efforts are made to keep the microphone being mute for this guy, it will be fine.

33.How can I have a good meeting?

(1)、A good network. (2)、A quiet surrounding area. (3)、If a group of people are gathered in the same room, the earphones are needed, or the echo appears. (4)、Please close the microphone if the mentioned-above does not work. A good feeling for the software depends on a good habit. Prior preparation prevents poor performance.

34.When I am in the meeting room, I can not hear anything and I can not speak.

The authorization still does not work, please quit and restart. (If it still does not work, please check the microphone; if you are in the app, please open the application management--Cloud Meeting, and open the needed authorization.

35.What's the difference between Cloud Meeting and VooV Meeting?

First of all, Cloud Meeting is a virtual space which is three-dimension, so you can get the immersed experience; so a multi-additional interaction in a space can be made to be a reality.(E.g:we are not only able to share the screen, but also to project ppt on the screen, including to hold a video meeting in the virtual room , which is easy to master.) So, Cloud Meeting is not a kind of software to make the interaction only among text, image and video. The VooV Meeting mainly focuses on video meeting, but we focus on the virtual office building which is able to replace the 90% physical scene, to achieve the physical mission with virtual reality technology. The mobile app is used to hold a meeting, to get together for a party, attendance-check-on, record the clients' info and daily diary; so, it will be more effective to make each mission get together.

36.To quit hurriedly.

Due to the network and EMS memory. Try to clean the disk of cell phone. Now I am a compere, and I'd like to see all the guests in the meeting room.

37.I can not see all the guests in the meeting room of 50 persons, if I 'd like to see them all, I have to turn the screen both left and right, but it does not work in the meeting room of 25 persons.

It's 3D virtual reality meeting room, so it imitates the scene of reality, so it's hard to see all the people in the viewpoint of reality. It's better to get closer to him. It's not necessary to see all the people, he is just a virtual image, the screen on the top left appears when some comes in and out.

38.How much do I need to pay if I use only one week?

The rate now depends on year, half a year, a quarter(three months), one month and one week, you are warmly welcome to contact the customer service.

39.What kind of type for video in the meeting room? How big is it, maximum?

Now only mp4 is available; and the maximum is 2GB.

40.Why it appears 360 stops?

Once we have got a major adjustment, we need to offer 360 to check and examine. Once we passed the examination, it will be fine; so we will offer 360 for the examination of new functions very soon.

41.I just update the software several times, but it still appears the update, why?

42.When it goes well to watch video on computer , but why it stuck with software?

The bandwidth covers upward flow and downward flow. If the downward flow appears 100M, but the upward flow is just 10M, so it's not enough for upward flow. E.g.: When we watch the living stream, what the audio shows is downward flow, and when the people jointly share the screen, is upward flow. If the upward flow is not enough, and even the downward flow is well enough, the upward flow still stuck. It does not mean that it goes well with software if it goes well with movie and TV program in the computer.

43.What if my ID is stopped by the super administrator? How can I restart ?

44.On the computer, the software goes well, but it does not have any sound, so what happened?

(1)、Click test, speak to the computer and check if it is available. (2)、Speak to the computer and check which microphone is working, and set the one as default; after that, restart the Cloud Building.

45.Why my ID appears that ” taken “ when I am registering?

(1)、It means that you have registered, try the password 123456. (2)、If the self-registration is available which will be ready in the future, you are able to get the password. (3)、Please contact the customer service.

46.Why can not I find the meeting room that I need to enter in my ID?

(1)Please check whether the prefix is correct, the correct ID is: prefix+phone No.(registration). (2)Because the ID of each conference is different from the ID for the internal meeting of each firm. (3)Please contact the customer service for technician.

47.Why can not I move with the limits of authority during the meeting?

(1)、Please check if the "screen view" is open, so you are able to move when the "screen view" is closed. (2)、Please check if the administrator had offered authorization and limits, ‘cause you are not able to move during the meeting is on. (3)If you are the administrator and you have offered authorization, please check if the computer is well-functioned.

48.Why my Cloud Meeting is silent when it is running in my computer?

(1)、Please check the computer if the sound is closed. (2)、Please check the earphone, whether both input and output are available; someone just used the earphone which is available for music, so you are able to hear what someone says, but others can not hear you. (3)、Our software are not available in Mac book, please contact the customer service for the operation of Windows 11.

49.Where can I download the updated Cloud software?

50.Is it available that the video-live-stream and screen-sharing joint together?

Yes, but only one option is available which is controlled by one person. If the joint was available, and two sets of computer (or cell phone are needed.)
